Founder
JDK & Co is led by Jacob Dudzinski - 33 years across technology, operations, CIO leadership, transformation and implementation. AI is the current wave, not a career invented after ChatGPT.
He does both jobs: decide if it is worth doing, then build or deploy the AI, automation, and agents. Not a bench, and not an account manager.
Lean structure. Direct relationships. No layers.
We run lean by design. There is no account management layer between you and the work. When you engage JDK & Co, you deal with the person doing the work.
That means faster decisions, clearer communication, and less overhead. Enough structure to deploy confidently - not enough to slow it down.
Who we work with
CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, Head of IT, Head of Applications, Head of Digital, Head of Operations, Head of Finance, Head of People, practice manager or GM. Australia. Organisations of about 25–500 people, most often 50–250.
We build in the environment they already have. Microsoft 365 or Dynamics is common. Sometimes not. The stack is a delivery choice, not the product. Finance, operations, sales, IT, and HR - operating work, not a software shop.
StrategyNow
Jacob is also building StrategyNow, software for connecting strategy to the work and tracking whether it produced the outcome. JDK & Co does not require it. Different company. Same thesis.
